Onsite - Flora Food Group Factory
As the Technology & Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for managing implementation projects focused on innovation, renovation, value creation, supply chain resilience, technology transfer, and process improvements. Your primary areas of focus will include capacity enhancement and waste reduction, leading a team of talented process and product engineers.
In this role, you will play a key part in driving the strategic vision for the factory. You’ll ensure the successful execution of projects by being a strong communicator with great attention to detail during the early stages. This includes understanding project requirements, securing necessary resources, and maintaining close oversight of the factory’s innovation portfolio. We expect you to be an effective people manager, implementing a structured approach to guide your team and stakeholders, ensuring project success. Additionally, you should be comfortable sharing concerns, receiving feedback, and continuously improving.
Over time, you will develop the necessary technical expertise within the manufacturing network and contribute to building the capabilities of the European T&I team. You will also assess the manufacturing impact of innovations, provide input for business cases, and map factory capabilities. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future by sharing your vision and strategy, fostering an inclusive environment, and offering hands-on support when needed.
Your responsibilities will include providing a clear project structure, utilizing your resources effectively, and offering technical expertise to operations and the site network to ensure excellence by design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership, overseeing team progress and managing initiatives.
- Communicate the technology and innovation agenda, including upcoming improvements or risks, to the factory management team.
- Coordinate with factory functions to implement changes and mitigate risks.
- Lead the roll-out of new products, managing changes within the factory.
- Collaborate with Engineering to support product and process validation.
- Ensure projects are launched within factory targets and timelines.
- Act as a troubleshooter for product, process, and packaging performance, offering solutions to bottlenecks before commercial production.
- Implement efficient project tracking to ensure proper prioritization, risk identification, and mitigation planning.

The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in people management, be confident in driving change, and value a structured approach to work.
Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, or R&D within an FMCG company is highly advantageous, as is a background in quality, product development, or process and product validation, with a strong focus on project management.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are ready to take full ownership of your role, making a real impact.
Fluency in both Polish and English is required.
