A truly remarkable independent day school with a fantastic reputation for education excellence is growing and developing. They therefore, have a newly created role to help the established and highly competent HR and Operations teams with change management, up skilling, mentoring and advising and employee relations.
You'll need to be CIPD qualified and demonstrate experience and capability with handing a range of HR functions and working as part of a team. You'll help with the roll out of a new HR Management system and overall growth and development strategies.
You'll need to be a confident generalist, able to work at a fast pace as required and across the full spectrum of documentation, policy, employee relations, staff training and processes.
