This is a B2B content marketing role within the Ingredients Performance, Active and Medical Nutrition Segment Marketing team, as part of the focused approach of FrieslandCampina Ingredients (FCI) to nutrition throughout adulthood.
You will contribute to the development of FCI market leadership in proteins & prebiotics, delivering health benefits globally to consumers, through collaboration with B2B customers (Brand Owners in predominantly functional foods & drinks and dietary supplements). We focus on increasing awareness of our solutions in the markets for performance, active & medical nutrition (B2B2C mindset), especially around the role of functional dairy, in particular proteins and prebiotics.
What we ask
- BA/BS/master level degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- English as a first language is essential as all content is developed in English for global delivery.
- Minimum 6 years’ experience creating B2B content for the web (and offline) and growing a social digital audience.
- Editorial mindset that seeks to understand what B2B audiences consume and how to create it.
- You must be an excellent technical writer, someone who understands how to frame a message in a clear, concise, and compelling way, science-based.
- Ability to analyse and present content and social media performance.
- Experience with Google analytics, and the top social channels including LinkedIn.
- Understands the basic best practices of the main social media channels, which content and approaches work on each and why
- Excellent inter-personal communication skills.
- Able to work in matrix and network organization with multi-disciplinary approach.

- Salary between €4,357 and €5,914 per month, depending on knowledge and experience (full-time);
- Full-time workweek of 38 hours, 4% year-end bonus, 10% performance bonus, and a market-standard pension;

- Develop and implement a B2B content strategy and editorial plan to drive traffic, engagement, leads, that deliver sales and customer retention. This includes the writing of content as well as use and management of agencies to deliver the appropriate content. Develop and drive the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.
- Work closely with the MarCom, Digital and Marketing teams to align content initiatives with broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
- Provides content tailored to the channels selected and work with the digital team to ensure timely update of the content. Editorial requirements include basic SEO understanding, B2B content categorisation and structure, content development, distribution and measurement. Development of editorial governance so that content is consistent with our brand voice, style, tone and is in line with regulations.
- Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement, in collaboration with the digital team.
- Management of B2B creative resources including designers, writers, and other agency personnel, together with marketing communications.
- Work with marketing to integrate content programs with B2B brand campaigns to drive brand and demand. Manage the content calendar and A&P budget together with Marketing leads and B2B marketing communication manager.
