As Logistic Account Manager Strategic Partnerships you have a Leading role in Partnerships management, continuous improvement and supporting the Strategic Partnership team to assure business acceleration. The role is within the co-packing team. This team is responsible for outsourcing the packaging activities of butter and cheese products to external co-packers.
What We Ask
MSc Degree in Supply Chain/ Food Technology
3+ years Supply Chain experience
Fluent in Dutch and English, written and spoken
Experienced in using ERP/ planning systems (SAP)
Self-starter / growth mindset / entrepreneurial
Experienced in implementing and structuring processes in a fast growing business
Strong (commercial) analytical skills
Excellent relationship management skills
Commercial business acumen
Drive, flexibility, focus and decisiveness
Pro-active and good business judgement

Manage, follow up and report the performance of our Partners
Build and expand existing and new relationships with key partners in co-packing
Run improvement project with Partners to reduce complaints, failure cost, improve quality and (supply chain) processes
In the lead to balance demand and supply on a tactical level with our Partners and within our department
Manage the product Portfolio of the Strategic Partnership department
Run projects to implement new Partners (build the network), new products (grow business) and new route to markets
Optimize and integrate the full scope supply chain; from raw material – to co-packer and to end customer
Capture commercial opportunities to grow business
Create alignment between our Partnerships capabilities and our internal stakeholders
