Responsible for the day-to-day management of Customer queries, complaints, and issues with customers’ purchase orders and sales order fulfillment. Perform troubleshooting on all sales orders and assist to identify and execute various enhancements to all management processes. Evaluate all weekly metrics and analyze all continuous improvement projects and prepare reports for all requests. Ensure compliance with all company and business policies and administer all open sales orders and ensure appropriate order flow. Verify all order lines and prepare order reports on an everyday basis and manage all shipments and respond to all inquiries for all status orders and resolve all customer issues and prepare an efficient schedule for projects. Manage all communication with all sales department orders and process all customer orders and shipment of products and ensure optimal practices for all processes. Escalate matters if there are any risks in meeting customer orders. Responsible for the accuracy of master data (Customer master data, Bill of Material, Material Extension) settings in SAP. Analyze and support decision-making on product supply chain issues. Support business in resolving sales & customer service needs. Timely issue customer invoices (based on SAP billing) and follow up on order status, shipment, billing, and documentation (COA, shipping label, packing lists, etc.). ensuring customers receive the right product, the right document, and at right time. Specific Tasks that might require supporting the department and the Line of Business.
