Welcome to Innovation and Portfolio Excellence
You will join a dynamic and international team, consisting of 8 dedicated project and portfolio specialists and innovation coaches. We are a part of theInnovation Project and Portfolio Management area, which consists of 45+ people, allpassionate about driving innovation in theorganization. The team consists of several different nationalities and we work across different countries.
Location:Lyngby and Hørsholm.
In this role you’ll make an impact by:
Supporting as a superuser of our PPM (project portfolio management) system (e.g. update system data, test new IT solutions, build guidelines to support users, internal customer support for our colleagues)
Planning training sessions and courses (e.g., schedule courses, invite participants & speakers, reserve meeting rooms & social event spaces, prepare training materials, etc.)
Must be a master/graduate student with more than 1.5 years left until graduation or be in the last year of your bachelor. Preferably a student in business, finance, engineering, or science.
