Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support & Research
1. Design, execute, and analyze creative experiments to develop and optimize formulations for household care products.
2. Create engaging and effective product demonstrations that highlight performance and key benefits.
3. Troubleshoot technical issues and innovate solutions to enhance product efficacy and stability.
4. Document experimental data, analyze results, and prepare comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Lab Operations & Maintenance
5. Ensure the efficient operation of the Household Care Lab by maintaining equipment, organizing supplies, and managing inventory.
6. Perform routine maintenance and calibration of lab instruments to ensure accurate and reliable results.
7. Enforce compliance with safety, hygiene, and regulatory standards, including proper chemical handling and waste disposal.
Collaboration & Communication
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including commercial, marketing, and cross region teams, to align technical outputs with business goals.
9. Act as a strong team player, contributing ideas, sharing knowledge, and supporting colleagues in achieving shared objectives.
10. Communicate technical insights effectively to a variety of audiences, including clients, team members, and non-technical stakeholders.
11. Develop and deliver training and demo sessions or presentations to educate clients or internal teams on product applications and benefits.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's in chemistry, or science related field.
Demonstrated creativity in experimental design and problem-solving, with experience in formulation chemistry preferred.
Strong knowledge of lab equipment and testing methods relevant to household care products.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Desire to learn new things and take ownership
Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities effectively.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for both research and lab operations.
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience
