About The Position
As a Junior Key Account Manager, you’ll get hands-on experience working with our brands and contributing to the exciting and dynamic world of plant-based products. This role offers fantastic learning and development opportunities for someone eager to start or grow their career in account management. You’ll play a key role in reducing the carbon footprint in partnership with our retail customers and the Flora Food Group team.
Main Responsibilities
Support strong relationships between Flora Food Group and our Danish retail customers.
Assist in developing customer plans based on customer needs and consumer insights, with guidance from the team.
Work collaboratively with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to help drive business performance.
Track and evaluate business performance with guidance from the senior team members, identifying areas for improvement.
Partner with the field sales team to help bring our plans to life in the market.

Some experience in FMCG, retail, or sales-related roles (internships or entry-level roles welcome).
A collaborative approach and eagerness to learn from an experienced team.
A customer-focused mindset and enthusiasm to grow and make a difference.
Strong communication skills and a willingness to engage with cross-functional teams.
A positive attitude and a proactive approach, ready to jump into a role that combines hands-on tasks with learning new strategies.
