Olipop is looking for a Commercialization Analyst to join our team! This role will be responsible for supporting the commercialization of our products, including but not limited to new flavors and formats, renovation programs, cost savings initiatives and packaging refreshes. They will support the development and execution of project timelines, collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and meet target milestone dates. This role will work closely with internal and external partners on the artwork development and qualification of all primary and secondary packaging. Additionally, they will fulfill various administrative duties to ensure a smooth operational flow - including documentation management, item setups and sample requests.
Responsibilities
Support timeline development and management of commercialization programs (new flavors, formats, formula renovations and packaging refreshes), ensuring all tasks and milestones are completed on-time.
Assist with formula and packaging transitions by effectively coordinating with internal and external teams to guarantee a seamless transition.
Assist with preparing for and guidingProject Management projects through the monthly stage gate process, ensuring all required documentation is completed prior to the meeting.
Interact with cross-functional teams by actively participating in weekly project team meetings.
Artwork Management
Work closely with the marketing team on developing artwork and managing timelines.
Responsible for routing new artwork through OLIPOP’s approval process. Must collect and communicate feedback to designers accordingly.
Manage the artwork qualification process for various packaging components by interacting with packaging vendors and designers.
Manage sample & renderings requests from cross-functional teams.
Document Management
Complete administrative documentation related to new item setup and BOM requests.
Maintain OLIPOP’s color library for primary and secondary packaging.
Create product information specifications for the internal team, ensuring details are accurate and continuously updated.
Process Optimization
Provide recommendations and implement processes that promote a more effective and collaborative environment.
Identify opportunities for improvements within the Commercialization process by evaluating lessons learned and/or conducting surveys for internal teams.
Skills/Experience Requirements
1 - 3 years of prior experience in project management or commercialization experience in CBG.
Prior experience or knowledge with packaging development is preferred.
Experience in management timelines and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and deadline oriented with the ability to organize information, set priorities and carry out plans.
Experience developing and implementing project management processes.
Transparent, open/honest communicator – a great listener who can work independently while keeping other team members informed.
Ability to be a collaborative team member in a dynamic growth environment.
Experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana)
High level of proficiency in MS Office tools, and prior experience with Google Workspace preferred.

Compensation
$80,000-$95,000 base salary + bonus
