Working as part of a chocolate team you lead the RDQ activities required to complete new chocolate product development for European Region.
As a Product Development Senior Specialist you will:
- work independently as leader for technical projects in line with R&D, marketing and manufacturing requirements
- conduct pilot plant and factory trials
- plan, lead and conduct development activities (e.g. product shelf-life testing, designing for quality, consumer test preparation. etc.)
- provide direction for product development
- obtain, understand and interpret consumer insights and commercial information by using digital simulation models
- create and maintain accurate consumer-led specifications
- proactively identify complex technical or business problems and create and implementing solutions
To be successful on that role you need to have:
- 5+ years experience in Food industry on similar position
- Master’s degree in Food science/Technology/Chemistry
- Understanding of HACCP and GMP
- Capability to work independently on product development projects and influencing cross-functional team
- Ability to plan and execute projects in timely manner
- Fluent English (both written & spoken)
We offer a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
