We are now looking for a creative and driven Trade Marketing Manager to join our world-rocking team. We want you to be super passionate about developing activations that our shoppers and customers love. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where one day is not like the other. You will operate cross functional through the organization with our marketing team, sales team, business development and other key stakeholders. As a Trade Marketing Manager your focus is to drive our Trade Marketing to new heights on the Swedish market (and possibly also other Core Markets).

Main responsibilities:
Trade Marketing strategy development & implementation to retail & FS channels
Maximize the visibility and attractiveness of our products at POS
Analyze market trends, consumer & shopper behavior and competitor activities and report findings on a regular basis
Measure, track and report all trade/in-store campaigns
Monitor and analyze sales performance by retailer and make recommendations and propose activities based on them
Collaborate with sales & marketing teams to align trade marketing efforts with overall brand and marketing strategies
Be responsible for all trade marketing activities and trade marketing materials (Retail and Food Service Channel) and the day-to-day operations in the trade marketing (close contact with sales department)
Responsibility of creation and coordination of sales materials and presentations
Work closely with key retailers
Provide ideas internally within the team and externally to key retailers in line with budget and goals
Develop excellent toolkits for field sales and train them to execute with excellence, to maximize availability, visibility and in-store activations
Arrange and coordinate sales conferences
Agency and partnership management
Attendance on defined trade/consumer fairs and events
We would like you to:
Have min 3-4 years of experience within Trade Marketing, preferably FMCG and food business
Have solid understanding of sales processes (in Swedish Trade especially)
Have good project management skills
Be flexible, driven and proactive when it comes to solving challenges
Be a creative thinker with a passion for trade marketing and food
Be able to work both independently and as part of the team
Possess a humble yet can-do attitude - there is no task too big or too small
Bring new creative ideas, positive mindset and a good vibe into the room
Have strong written and verbal communication skills
Use the Swedish language at a native level + speak and write fluent English
Have the possibility to travel occasionally
