Job Purpose
Within the Nordics Sales Team, as the Sales Lead Coordinator you will be responsible for managing and cultivating sales leads within the food service sector, playing a critical role in driving business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective lead generation strategies tailored to the food service industry. This includes identifying key target markets, refining messaging, and leveraging various channels such as digital marketing, networking events, and industry partnerships.
Lead Qualification and Prioritization: Conduct thorough research and analysis to evaluate the quality and viability of sales leads. Utilize predetermined criteria to qualify leads based on factors such as budget, timeline, and decision-making authority. Prioritize leads according to their level of readiness and potential value to the organization.
Lead Nurturing and Relationship Building: Engage with potential clients in a consultative manner, understanding their unique needs and challenges within the food service sector. Provide personalized solutions and value-added insights to build trust and credibility, nurturing leads through targeted communication and ongoing support.
Sales Pipeline Management: Implement and maintain a structured approach to managing leads through the sales pipeline. Utilize CRM software to track lead status, record interactions, and schedule follow-up activities. Ensure timely and proactive communication with leads to keep them engaged and moving forward in the sales process.
Collaborative Sales Enablement: Partner closely with the sales team to facilitate seamless handover of qualified leads. Provide detailed lead profiles and relevant background information to equip sales representatives with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively engage with prospects and drive conversions.
Continuous Improvement and Optimization: Monitor and analyze lead generation and conversion metrics to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven recommendations for optimizing lead generation strategies, refining qualification criteria, and enhancing the efficiency of the sales process. Actively seek feedback from internal stakeholders and external clients to inform ongoing refinement efforts.
About You
Experience in sales coordination, lead generation, or business development within the food service industry(Would be an advantage for the role)
Strong understanding (and/or interest)of food service trends, market dynamics, and customer preferences
Experience and management of customers databases - would be advantage for the role (but training will be provided)
Experience in sales CRM systems like Salesforce and data systems like PowerBI nice to have (but training will be provided)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding targets.
Languages: excellent level of Swedish and very good level of English (written and spoken)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Willingness to travel as needed.
