Summary: To develop strategies designed to enhance brand awareness, brand engagement, and social media presence across all Griffith Foods brands with a specific focus on our Purpose and 2030 Aspirations, internally and externally.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for the development and execution of Griffith Foods’ Marketing and Communications strategy.
Develops and executes globally scalable brand awareness and engagement campaigns including, but not limited to our Purpose, 2030 Aspirations, and our FlavorIQ® platform.
Coordinates strategies and campaigns in collaboration with the Sustainability function to drive engagement on our 2030 Aspirations, both internally and externally.
Manages the infrastructure of social media partners and content creation by building, scaling, and optimizing all digital marketing channels.
Develop strategies to elevate our marketing and communications capabilities through the establishment of a robust set of partners and ecosystems with a keen eye on leveraging technology to increase and expand reach.
Closely partners with Global Marketing team to develop and scale best in class thought leadership pieces designed to establish Griffith Foods as a leader in Alternative Protein, Nutrition, Sustainability and our ‘grow aggressive’ product categories and customer segments.
Develops and manages global content calendar, coordinating and working closely with internal cross-functional stakeholders to source content and execute.
Responsible for leading our Global Communications Leadership team (through influence) to scale, lift and leverage best in class communication materials and practices.
Manages brand assets to enable and maintain brand consistency and unified presence around the globe.
Acts as a close business partner with cross-functional leaders to assist in scaling their messages throughout the organization and beyond.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Business/Marketing/Communications.
7+ years of Communications/Marketing experience with a preference for those with brand building and communications experience with B2B organizations with a sustainability strategy.
Proven ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to build brand awareness and penetration across physical and digital media.
This position is best suited for someone who is creative, has a bias for action, a love for breakthrough marketing, and excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrated track record of working with cross-functional global teams, in addition to working autonomously.
Extensive knowledge of digital and social media, and how to leverage it to build meaningful connections with our internal and external stakeholders.
Hands-on-experience creating digital content and social media management in Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, and social media platforms, including, but not limited to, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.
Ability to manage multiple projects and high priority tasks.
High attention to detail for both written and visual context.
Deep understanding of effective communications and the importance of a consistent, unified brand identity.
Passion for innovation and continuously adapting to the evolving needs of the world.
Travel up to 20%.
