Company Description
Biocatalysts is comprised of 4 companies, headquartered in Cardiff (Wales, UK) and co-located in Buttelborn (Germany), Nieuwkuijk (Netherlands) and Tampa (Florida, USA). Brought together as an integrated Bioproducts Division in October 2023, it is a wholly owned subsidiary of BRAIN Biotech Group, based in Zwingenberg (Germany). We serve customers globally in markets such as food, baking, beverage and pharma / life science, with a view to “become and stay the world’s leading speciality enzyme company and by the quality and dedication of our people, exceed our customers’ expectations”.
Position
Responsibility for winning new business (selling products) primarily in identified food market application areas and/or geographical locations in line with Company sales strategy. Key responsibility is the winning and development of strategic and key customers in both new and currently supplied markets/application areas.
Requirements
Expected Activities
·Develop new customers for our products in European Food industry
·Set up meetings with prospects and travel independently to visit existing or target customers in Europe to increase sales.
·Progress existing and new leads to opportunities and ultimately closing opportunities to generate sales growth
·Investigate customer needs in existing Food markets to identify new product opportunities or existing products in parallel markets
·Manage strategic accounts to develop large scale business opportunities
·Attend conferences and exhibitions to represent Biocatalysts, network to identify new prospects and leads
