We are looking for a Senior Sustainable Operations (Supply Chain) Financial Analyst to join our team. This analyst’s time will be split between providing cost accounting support to the Millville production facility and supply chain finance support for the copackers relationships and cost savings programs.
Here are the things we want to hire you to do:
Partner with SO plant controller to prepare financial forecasts every month, while clearly identifying variance vs budget
Support monthly plant financial close by preparing accruals; reviewing expense accounts for errors and correcting as needed
Plant Inventory Oversight, including:
Timely verification of production postings to ensure proper finished and semi-finished inventory is reported
Assist production to ensure orders are closed and goods issue errors are corrected
Assist in researching and resolving cycle count variances
Ensure accuracy of the physical inventory and reported results, providing necessary variance analysis
Partner with SO Finance Director to verify and update changes to co-manufacturing cost submissions. Provide variance analysis for cost impacts
Calculate and track receivables from co-manufacturers and partner with SO Director to ensure payment
Partner with Copack team to determine upcoming financial risks and opportunities
Participate in annual planning process
Assist in the update of std costing in ERP on a yearly basis
Provide costing support to product development finance
Support Cost Savings program, providing monthly financial analysis of actuals and working cross-functionally to identify and track projects
Work with ERP Project Module to assist in capex transactions processing and Purchase Order/Invoice reconciliations
Here Are The Things We Think You Need
BA/BS degree in Accounting/Finance required
2+ years of cost accounting or supply chain finance experience required
Strong knowledge and understanding of general accounting principles and factory cost accounting
Excellent analytical and communication skills, both oral and written
Must be detail-oriented, highly organized and able to work independently and with limited supervision
Effectively prioritizes multiple demands, ability to be flexible during high workload periods
Working knowledge with ERP is required, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 a plus
Working knowledge of Power BI a plus

The salary for this role will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to geographic location, internal equity, experience, education, specialty, and training. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. Compensation may also include bonus, commission, or equity as applicable. Our good faith estimate for base salary is $90,000.
