Responsibilities / Tasks
- As an intern you will be required to understand the current APAC Talent Acquisition’s process and to provide constructive feedback for improvements needed.
- Coordinating with the interview arrangement.
- Join the APAC TA team to perform benchmarking on what are the industrial best practices.
- Have the opportunity to work with APAC recruiters on global development & sustainable projects.
- You will be expose & train to used data analysis and presentation tools.
- Assisting in updating regular recruitment progress for our internal stakeholders for China, India, ANZ & SEA.
- Being part of the Recruitment Branding team on designing and update the branding material.
Your Profile / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Science/ Human Resource Management or any related discipline.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
- Familiar with the branding designing tool, which is the CANVA, Adobe Photoshop/ after effect & any video editing apps
- Tech-savvy and strong sense of urgency on assigned tasks.
- Ability to deliver results with little supervision, and effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects/requisitions and candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, short notice environment with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and interpersonal skills, plus strong attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, able to work in stressful situations with changing priorities.
- Able to multi-task with a positive, can-do attitude; able to flex and adapt to changing priorities and demands.
- Ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
- A team player with pleasant personality, excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to work independently.
