Sales Engineer
The Sales Engineer is responsible for the efficient management of allocated resources to meet customer needs, promoting the sales of assigned centrifugal separators, homogenizers, valves, pumps, and cleaning technology products.
What are your responsibilities?
- Supervise and coordinate allocated resources to ensure an effective response to customer needs concerning designated products.
- Report directly to the SFT Head of Sales, assuming responsibility for new equipment sales and projects within the assigned application in the cluster.
- Develop and execute the cluster sales strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's overall objectives and specific cluster sales targets.
- Conduct sales planning and forecasting, identifying opportunities and challenges to maximize revenue and market share.
- Collaborate closely with the Division Sales Steering Manager to develop and enhance the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market needs and industry trends.
- Drive revenue through efficient management of diverse market routes, adapting to the specificities of each market and leading prospecting activities for the SFT sales engineer.
Your Profile / Qualifications
What education, knowledge and experience do you need?
- University degree in one of the main engineering fields. (Chemical, Industrial, or mechanical background preferred option.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant sales and customer experience.
- Advanced understanding in the food and beverage business, customer relationship management and market development.
- Strong capital equipment or service sales experience.
- Capability of designing and implementing sales strategy.
