As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will ensure Quality and Food Safety by Design in the development of innovative and competitive products/processes by providing scientific and technical guidance. Your strong knowledge of powdered medical formulae for infants and young children, including their technology, will be utilized to support projects and maintain efficient knowledge transfer to factories. You will also have the opportunity to independently author Standards and Guidelines.

A day in the life of a Senior Quality Specialist
- Independently supports assigned projects, ensuring Quality and Food Safety by Design.
- Delivers high-quality information/documents on time during project development.
- Presents results/methods effectively to different audiences.
- Builds and documents knowledge on latest Quality and Food Safety topics.
- Provides accurate and timely support to operations, assisting in new product industrialization and launch.
- Develops and updates Standards and Guidelines based on business priorities.
- Promotes quality awareness and contributes to the development of quality professionals.
- Leads Continuous Improvement programs, including root cause analysis and knowledge dissemination.
What will make you successful
- University Degree level in Food Science and Technology or equivalent.
- At least 10 years of experience in the Food Industry in Quality, Food Safety and Hygiene area, ideally with experience in the powdered Infant Formula / FSMP category.
- Shows a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
- Demonstrates a results-oriented mindset and consistently delivers high-quality results.
- Very good level of English, spoken and read.
