About The Position
We are looking for two passionate and agile R&D interns to join our Protein team! We have two positions available on protein application in plant-based cheese, with a focus on textural improvements such as stretch and melting behaviour. In both projects you will be investigating the effect of process conditions on structure formation and resulting texture functionality.
So, what does it take to be successful in this role?
You are a Master’s student at a Dutch university in Food Technology, preferably with a background in food process engineering or food physics
You have knowledge on processing and functionality characterisation of plant/alternative proteins
You are a self-starter who are passionate about application-driven research, with good analytical skills
