Nosh.bio is a Berlin based food tech startup. Our vision is a world where food is no longer harmful to the planet, to animals or to people. We focus on offering cost-competitive, nutritious, and delicious solutions, allowing for a short and clean label.

In this role you will be holding the reins of production planning, logistics, and communications with various stakeholders. You will start on a 20hr work week with the option to go full time in Q2 of 2025.

Your responsibilities will include:

Being the main point of contact for Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs).

Owning weekly meetings with CMOs.

Production planning in alignment with our bioprocessing team.

Logistics planning in alignment with our supply chain team.

Stock planning and allocation: coordinating and forecasting quantities with our commercial team.

Tracking of production related KPIs.

Your Qualifications:

Bachelor degree in business related field.

Ideally, 3+ years of relevant experience.

Excel and Google Sheets are your favourite tools.

Quick perception and structured working method.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English, German is a plus.
