Taxation Activities and Management:
- Prepare/review/analysis various monthly/quarterly/annual tax provisions and prepare monthly Journal Entries related to tax provisions.
- Prepare accounts reconciliation for various tax accounts in accordance with Company’s policies and procedures.
- Assist researching the US GAAP rules to ensure the accuracy of the financial statement reporting.
- Prepare tax information request and coordinate tax preparation work per Global Tax team and assigned tax consulting’s requirement.
- Coordinate tax analysis and implement some tax training to local business team if needed
T&E expense verifying and reimbursement:
- T&E reimbursement verifying to align with company’s T&E policy and procedure, and coordinate control evidence (SOX) for T&E per Global Internal Audit Team.
- Prepare monthly Journal Entries related to T&E.
Assist in monthly closing and quarterly SOX controls.
- Assist in closing and monthly reporting.
- With high potential can be transferred to other functions, such as Costing or General Ledger.
