Primary Objective
The person defined shall provide the technical support within the Project Team.
The tasks of the Project Engineer within a project team include
Functional planning and execution of particular work packages within the given parameters as
agreed upon with the project manager
Evaluation of customer’s specifications
Develop technical solutions and generate bidding documents considering customer’s
specifications
Technical specifications of machines and apparatuses for inquiry and order
Bid comparisons and technical management of suppliers
Execution and co-ordination of changes within the dedicated tasks
Preparation of necessary component documentations and the respective, general plant
documentation (lists, descriptions, plans, etc.)
Participation in order-specific quality assurance
Specific activities
Clarification of technical questions
Issue of data sheets for specification of parts as compressors, blowers, heat exchangers,
special machines, shut-off- and safety valves, etc.
Technical clarification and realization of changes during component parts purchasing
Documentation of technical equipment and engineering activities in sales orders
Data input and management within the engineering IT-systems (database system comos)
Essential Skills / Experience
Completed technical studies or educated technician
Knowledge in mechanical engineering and basic knowledge of process technology
Experience in order handling within the plant engineering industry, especially for the processing
industry helpful
Good English skills in writing and reading.
