This position will be responsible for building the Konscious Foods digital and social
media strategy, lead social media channel management, develop and execute content,
and manage our website. This individual will report directly into the Marketing Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the social media channel and advertising strategy.
- Own creative ideation and development of innovative social media campaigns for our audiences.
- Maintain the social media content calendar to ensure a regular cadence of content.
- Own execution of social media content including coordinating assets and copywriting.
- Efficiently develop topical content to increase brand relevance and build vibrant communities.
- Own tracking of health of all social media channels; test, iterate, and analyze to drive improvements and dashboard monitoring and reporting.
- Own website content and updates.
- Own SEO strategy and write SEO rich copy for online presence including newsletters and website.
- Work closely with our Marketing Manager and Creative Director to develop content for all distribution channels.
- Work closely with the Chief Revenue Officer to understand and amplify our network of retail partners.
- Work closely with our Chief Product Officer to understand our supply chain, culinary, and food science story to build compelling content.
- Collect consumer insights and industry best practices and share back with the organization.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of experience with a proven track record of success managing social media strategies, channels, and campaigns for brands and businesses as part of a product or marketing focused team or in-house agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience developing and posting content on all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Experience with social media metrics and key performance indicators.
- Experience managing SEO, website, and analytics.

- Experience managing agency partners.
