What You’ll Do
- Responsible for parts sales worldwide
- Answer Parts phone calls and respond to Parts email
- Generate Parts sales orders and run credit cards transactions for Parts orders
- Assist with Parts order entry for Master Dealers as required
- Generate Parts quotes as requested by the Sales Team
- Address first-level troubleshooting and assist customers to diagnose problems and provide timely solutions, and pass customers on to the Service team when needed.
- Generate RMA documents for Customer returns & Warranty/Goodwill orders as requested by the Service department
- Document part sales/info in the CRM system under the customer’s file
- Carries out other duties as assigned
Basic Qualifications
- You have a diploma or certificate in business administration
- You have a mechanical aptitude preferably in a manufacturing environment
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- You can interact with a variety of individuals from different backgrounds and cultures
- You have advanced knowledge of the Salesforce Service Cloud, MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and strong internet research abilities
- You are familiar with Digital Sales using AI
- You have excellent organizational, and time management skills and can multi-task
- You complete work in a timely manner with accuracy and attention to detail
- You work independently with minimum supervision
- You exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
- You work under pressure and maintain a calm focus during hectic periods
