What We Need You To Do
The purpose of the Senior Finance Manager at Latin Markets is to structure all local finance processes and controls while working closely with the E&I Finance Team. As a dedicated professional with an interest in sustainability, you will support the local commercial teams in Spain, France, but also Mexico, Italy and Portugal. You will support them with all kinds of analysis like P&L, actual & budgets, business opportunity impact, costs, efficiencies, improvements, and margins.
Here’s the main elements of the role...
Managing Finance Business Planning, including budgets, forecasts, reporting, accounting, and long-term plans.
Collaborating on Developing and maintaining first-class systems and controls.
Involvement in Networking Capital Improvements.
Collaborating and support on business cases.
Optimize the work through our outsourced partners (accounting/tax firms).
Check and assure compliance with legal requirements.
Audit support and process Improvement.

In this role, you will report into General Manager Latin Markets and the location for this role is Barcelona. Some travel may be required.

What We Need You To Bring To The Table
We are looking for you who have at least 10 years of working experience in the FMCG branch, preferable within a global set-up.
Other Key Competencies & Experiences
Excellent management and leadership abilities with an ability to lead and inspire.
Excellent Excel skills.
Bachelor´s degree in Finance or Business.
Spanish and English are a must, and French is nice to have.
