Position Overview:
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
Implementing successfully the Remilk marketing strategy for the coming launch in the Israel market.
Developing the Remilk consumer brand idea and brand book
Define and implement go-to-market plan for the Remilk launch
Launch Remilk and its products range as a consumer brand in Israel to compete with dairy and alternative dairy
Define and execute the marketing strategy to drive growth and create brand awareness & engagement as a basis to build a successful and sustainable loveable brand.
Manage ongoing daily marketing operations
You will work closely with cross-functional teams and strategic partners (service providers, production facilities, sales distribution partners) to ensure the success of our marketing campaigns and projects
Responsibilities
Execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenues, maximize margins and increase brand awareness and brand reputation.
Conceptualize and execute multichannel campaigns ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels, including social media and content marketing
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Coordinate and manage launches and marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Develop the innovation roadmap, define product briefs, and work closely with the R&D department to successfully execute the plan
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve our marketing efforts.
Manage the development of new B2B and B2C campaigns, including commercials and influencers activities
Manage the digital assets of the company, including social media channels and work with influencers and KOL.
Develop marketing and POS materials and activities according to brand guidelines for our partners
Create and update collaterals, web content, brochures, practice enhancement kits, newsletters, banners, ads, video and sales tools.
Support product launches with marketing and campaign productions.
Manage multiple external vendors and explore new options where relevant. This includes production facilities and sales/distribution partners
Communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets
Build and manage marketing budget
Work in close relationship with sales operation to ensure smooth implementation with customers.
Define research objectives and guide the research insight manager to investigate consumer behavior and motivations, analyze consumer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and best practices to build successful strategies
Develop a yearly marketing operations plan to meet business objective in collaboration with sales business partner and distribution partner
Requirements:
The ideal candidate needs a strong background in B2B/C marketing, a comprehensive understanding of the market and consumer dynamics and strong execution power skills.
Minimum of 3 years of B2B/C marketing experience in the Food Industry.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tactics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
MBA degree
