Responsibilities
Vendor and Customer Communication: Interact with warehouses, carriers, and customers to ensure smooth operations
Reporting: Prepare shipping and inventory reports with accuracy
Data entry: Update carrier tracking information daily
Problem Solving: Resolve logistical challenges in resourceful and effective ways
Task Prioritization: Manage and prioritize tasks to meet scheduling deadlines
Cross-Department Coordination: Work on projects, initiatives, and service efforts with other teams
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support the logistics team

Requirements
Self-motivated and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
0-2 years of relevant logistics experience or a strong interest in logistics
Well-organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to multitask
Positive attitude, adaptable, and flexible to shifting priorities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems, Transportation Management Systems, or Freight Audit Systems is a bonus
Benefits
Base salary range: $50,000 (This is a non-exempt, salaried position. Although overtime is not anticipated, any hours worked over 40 in a week will be paid at the overtime rate of $36.06 per hour)
