Sustainability Data Solutions Analyst- Your future role?
As a Sustainability Data Solutions Analyst in our Budapest site, you will deliver high quality solutions and manage sustainability data, linked to Sustainability programmes, to enable the acceleration and scaling up of the Sustainability team strategic agenda by partnering with key internal and external stakeholders
Main Responsibilities:
Deliver sustainability solutions and manage / administer data related to Sustainability programmes
Deliver high quality Sustainability solutions (in adherence with agreed processes, tools, performance indicators)
Manage and execute process documentation content maintenance (e.g. SOPs)
Analyse data in order to identify, raise and contribute to process continuous improvements
Provide inputs to regular status updates for internal stakeholders and follow up / update action plans
Participate in programs and projects with relevant subject matter experts/owners within the Global Sustainability team and sponsors/SMEs from other Givaudan functions
Perform other duties and manage ad-hoc projects
Sustainability programmes
Support the planning and delivery of selected workstreams within sustainability programmes, in agreement and collaboration with the Sustainability team stakeholders (for example: support of Active level tasks within the Sourcing4Good programme, support of Scope 3 data collection coordination)
Data management and maintenance
Maintain data records within digital solutions, linked to specific data workstreams within Sustainability programmes through collaboration with key sustainability and other functional stakeholders
Data and trend analysis
Analyze data linked to Sustainability programmes to identify trends and provide insights, which lead to continuous improvement proposals
Reporting
Provide content and data for stakeholder requests and Givaudan’s annual reporting
Participate in annual external auditing activities, with external auditors, in order to obtain external assurance
Digital solutions
Collaborate with Sustainability Excellence, the Sustainability team and IT in order to contribute to the implementation of IT solutions
Participate in testing activities of sustainability IT platforms (UAT environment) and provide go-live support
Provide operational support / training to users of Sustainability IT platforms (e.g. support to Procurement Category Managers for using Sigreen, or support suppliers on the platforms we use -DDQ / others)
Your professional profile includes:
College / University degree
Languages: Fluent in English, other language is a plus
Professional experience: At least 1-3 yrs of work experience preferably in the field for Sustainability
Solid knowledge of MS office & Google tools
Advanced data analytical skills, ability to transform data into useful information
Good communication and interpersonal skills
