This role will play a crucial part in driving our growth through financial analysis, reporting, and strategy, supporting the continued success and expansion of Moo Free.

Position Overview

The Revenue Growth Manager will combine strong accounting skills with strategic thinking to help Moo Free maximise revenue and profitability. This role is responsible for pricing, analysing revenue streams, preparing financial reports, ensuring accurate forecasting, analysing market data and contributing to data-driven decisions that support our revenue growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Analysis & Reporting: Analyse revenue streams, track financial performance, and produce accurate and timely reports that highlight trends, variances, and growth opportunities.

Financial Forecasting & Budgeting: Collaborate with finance and sales teams to develop accurate revenue forecasts, budgets, and financial models that support the company’s growth goals.

Pricing & Profitability: Responsible for the pricing strategy and assess the financial impact of pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals and profitability targets.

Market Data: Analyse market data and identify gaps.

Cost Management & Efficiency: Identify areas for cost savings and process improvements that contribute to sustainable revenue growth and enhanced financial performance.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure financial insights are considered in decisions related to product launches, campaigns, and market expansions.

Revenue Recognition & Compliance: Ensure proper revenue recognition in line with accounting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP), as well as compliance with relevant financial regulations.

KPIs & Performance Monitoring: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to revenue growth, providing actionable insights to drive continuous improvements.

Financial Data Insights: Provide financial data and insights to assist in strategic decision-making, including identifying opportunities for new revenue streams and channel expansion.

Skills and Experience

Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably with exposure to revenue recognition, financial analysis, or pricing strategies within the FMCG, food, or consumer goods sectors.

Accounting Expertise: Strong knowledge of accounting principles, particularly revenue recognition, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse financial data and draw actionable insights to support business decisions related to revenue growth.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills for financial modelling and reporting.

Detail-Oriented: High attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.

Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and present financial information to key stakeholders.

Strategic Thinking: Ability to think beyond the numbers and help shape strategies for revenue growth and market expansion.
