Reports to

This position would report directly to the CEO.

What you will be responsible for

Organize and control all quality documentation.

Work with our Manufacturers to gather proper documentation needed for audits and quality control for products.

Oversee the product quality standards and ensure that they are fully compliant with regulatory requirements.

Oversee product quarantine acceptances and releases.

Working with analytical labs for testing.

Inspect packaging components, conduct visual and measurement tests.

Audit BodyHealth manufacturers to ensure quality standards are being met.

Arranging in-house product testing to make sure that they meet our expectations.

Creating and maintaining a Food Safety Plan (HACCP) and Written Procedures alongside continuous training for employees that work in customer service, warehousing, fulfillment and distribution of all products.

Write procedures and implement to detect and prevent issues from occurring in a holistic manner.

Organize and conduct “Mock” FDA inspections and recalls.

Review product labels and BodyHealth website to ensure they are in compliance with all regulations.

Constantly evaluate and evolve better and more efficient processes.

Who you are

Bachelor's degree in relevant field is preferred but not required.

Very organized and pays attention to details.

You have at least 5 Years of experience in Quality Assurance and Document Control for a Nutritional Supplement company or similar group.

Have experienced an FDA audit and have prepared for cGMP 3rd party certifications.

You know FDA CFR 111, 110, 101.9 and 101.36 as well as other requirements and regulations regarding the manufacture and storage of dietary supplements and nutritional products.

You have cGMP, PCQI certifications and training.

You must be comfortable in a fast-paced, growing company, able to adapt to change quickly.

Have great listening and problem-solving skills.

Have an entrepreneurial spirit and drive that you use to tackle challenges.

Salary and benefits

Salary is 90k-100k depending on experience
