Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

Proven track record of 2-5 years in a business development or sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team environment.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales tools.
