The selected candidate will report to the European Sales Director and will be responsible for increasing the company's market share and revenue in the defined foreign countries.
Specifically, the candidate will be responsible for the following activities:
- Ensuring the achievement of revenue targets;
- Supervising the activities of each distributor;
- Creating and maintaining good business relationships with customers, agents, and distributors;
- Scouting for new customers and distributors in the assigned foreign countries to expand the customer base;
- Analyzing market and competition opportunities;
- Defining and implementing the sales budget for the assigned areas in agreement with the European Sales Director.
Required Qualifications:
The selected candidate must have at least two years of previous experience in the role of Export Manager. Preferably, a technical background and excellent knowledge of the English language are required (knowledge of a second language, such as Greek or Russian, will be considered a plus). Additionally, full availability to travel in the assigned territories (EU and non-EU), excellent organizational skills, and a good team-working attitude are necessary. Flexibility and dynamism will be highly appreciated for the role.
The company offers a direct employment contract with remuneration and duration commensurate with the profile and skills.
