The Operations department of Beyond Meat EU B.V. consists of Supply Chain, Procurement, Production and Engineering & Maintenance, supported by the functions: Quality, EHS, Finance and HR. The Supply Chain Project Coordinator is a member of the Supply Chain team and reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
As a Supply Chain Project Coordinator you will be responsible for the coordination of supply related projects. These projects will consist of general supply chain improvement projects, the implementation of new processes like the implementation of a WMS for the Enschede Warehouse and setting up EDI with co-mans and 3PL warehouses. Additionally, as a Supply Chain Project Coordinator you will be responsible for ensuring the supply chain coordination in innovation related projects, for the implementation of new products and improvements in the existing product portfolio.
You will assist the EU Supply Chain team and collaborate with other cross-functional team members on developing internal and external Supply Chain priorities, -processes and iterating on existing ones to create greater efficiency and (cost) improvements. You will serve as a point of contact for the team for innovations and supply chain improvements. When necessary, you will assist the supply chain team with the day-to-day operations and help them to make logical deductions, employ data driven problem solving and capture optimal ways of working. To succeed in this role, you should be professional, analytical, and possess excellent communication skills.
Tasks And Responsibilities
Coordinate and take the lead in improvement and innovation projects to ensure the Supply Chain deliverables are taken into account;
Creating a project plan and maintaining it, incorporating supply chain requirements, conducting risk analysis, and implementing improvements;
Leading the Supply Chain meetings related to innovation and projects and serve as the primary contact for the team and cross-functional departments in relation to these topics;
Key role in the NPD meeting in the S&OP process;
Support Supply Chain with implementing WMS and EDI (including co-mans and 3PL’s);
You will work in partnership with the Supply Chain team to co-ordinate and champion Supply Chain priorities;
Will help establish a World Class Operations culture and assist the Supply Chain Manager in delivery of Business Unit goals;
Proactive analyze data and create reports to track performance and improvements;
Support the Supply Chain team with ‘trouble shooting’ by effectively analyzing the processes and recommend appropriate action plans;
Work within the Supply Chain team with clear communication, focused on achieving results and striving for continues improvement by coaching individuals, however with empathy, respectful and integrity;

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or other relevant fields;
3- 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, preferably in a (food-related) factory environment;
Project management skills is an advantage;
Prior experience working with contract manufacturers and/or 3PL’s;
Software knowledge: ERP system(s) and/or WMS systems; Netsuite experience is an advantage;
Significant Proficiency Microsoft Office Suite;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Language communication efficiency in Dutch (native) and English (business fluent);
Proven ability to communicate and present to all levels of the organization;
Detail oriented with strong analytical skills;
Solution focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions;
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and executing successfully to completion;
Makes sense of complex, high volume and contradictory information; deals with ambiguity, risk and uncertainty; can make quality decisions without having the total picture;
Knows their own strengths, weaknesses, talents and limits; can handle criticism and is open to feedback;
