In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Responsible for Machine operating and Execution of planned production
- SAP activity – Creation, updating and confirmation of Process orders in SAP.
- Reporting of non-conformities and implementation of corrective/preventive actions in specific areas of operation.
- Adherence to Pollution, ZEAL and OHS requirements.
- Communication with cross functional department.
- Understand Site goals with respect to Safety | Quality | De-livery and how they are applied to the process area.
- Ensure the food safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).
- Update LEAN board and lead lean meeting.
- Follow Escalation procedure as part of Standard response to abnormality.
- Monitoring and process control of specific operations.
- Maintenance of quality records.
- Adherence to standard operating procedures, equipment operating procedures, standard cleaning procedures and equipment cleaning procedure , Annexure and safety requirements.
- In-process product sampling, inspection and storage.
- Maintenance of Production equipment in coordination with Maintenance Department.
Basic Qualifications: M.Sc./BE/B.Tech.(Production/Food Technology/ Bio Technology)
Candidate profile:
- > 5 Year Work experience in Food/Biotech/Chemical industries .
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word and Power point)
- Good written and verbal English speaking and presentation skills..
- Willing to work in shifts.
