We are searching for an Assistant Product Manager for our Speciality Cheese (dessert cheese) category to join the Arla Sweden Marketing team in Stockholm. You will report to the Senior Category Manager for BSM & SPC, but will also support the Yellow Cheese category on their Private label business.
Arla’s market leading dessert cheese products are well known and frequently consumed by Swedish consumers through local and global brands such as Kvibille® and Castello®.

How You Will Make An Impact
Assistant Product Manager works in close collaboration with Brand and Product Managers in developing our portfolio. You will also collaborate with a wide stakeholder network within Marketing, Sales, Innovation & Supply chain. You will deliver on local plans and our ambitious growth targets. To be successful in this role you need to be a great collaborator & coordinator, have a solution orientated approach and be accurate. The role includes administrative tasks with clear deadlines in a wide range of systems, so being structured & good at planning/self-management is crucial.
Key Responsibilities
Drive and participate in projects, processes and procedures to achieve operational targets and service standards key to business delivery.
A key focus will be to drive product and packaging related activities such as execution of product launches and changes of products and packaging.
Drive profitability and net revenue growth of the portfolio through portfolio optimization.
Support the strategic direction setting based on consumer & category insights and develop plans to grow Arla’s business.
Build strong relationships with internal cross-functional teams across Arla Foods – e.g. work close with supply chain, dairies and sales to deliver on common projects.
Coordinate and handle the Private label portfolio for Yellow Cheese.
What Will Make You Successful
A strong academic track record with a completed university degree.
Relevant work experience is a plus.
As a person, you are curious, have strong personal leadership skills and a growth mindset – willing to develop and challenge the status quo.
Your collaboration skills are strong and you have excellent influencing skills.
Diligent project management will be crucial to effectively deliver in the role.
Arla corporate language is English. Strong Swedish skills are required since many of systems linked to customers require accurately written Swedish.
