Financial Controller
Job Purpose:
Reporting directly to the Finance Director, the Financial Controller will provide timely, high-quality, credible financial information to business leaders and stakeholders. The successful candidate will build and drive a robust accounting system and provide critical business information for our world-class manufacturing company, setting the organization for future growth.
Main Duties:
- Manage finance, accounting, and shared services, including financial and management reporting.
- Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Liaise with international operations and manage working capital and cash flow.
- Set and monitor key performance indicators while providing commercial input for strategic projects.
- Support and advise the Finance Director on all finance-related matters.
Candidate Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with substantial experience as a Financial Controller in an international environment.
- Goal-oriented finance professional with strong communication skills and a passion for people management.
- Strong technical, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive improvement in financial performance.
