Your role
Responsible for tracking new product launches, coordinating with creative team to have products evaluated. Fulfilling market requests and supporting marketing team on various presentations and projects as needed. Responsible for tracking new product launches, coordinating with creative team to have products evaluated and uploading into the Metis database. Maintain product closets. Fulfilling market purchasing requests and supporting marketing team on various presentations and projects as needed. Develop fragrance boards, mappings and maintain brand portfolios. Support with desk research on trends as requested.
This role will work on-site 4 days per week and remotely one day per week.
Product purchasing
Support creative team with product evaluations
Fulfill regional market requests
Develop fragrance boards, romance copy and support presentation development
Track and enter new products into data base
Support with desk research for various projects
Maintain product closets
Maintain brand portfolios across categories
Support marketing team with various projects and presentations as needed
Make pour offs as needed
Support with creative marketing set up/workshops
Bachelor's degree in marketing preferred.
1-3 years of marketing experience preferred.
Strong Organization skills
Ability to use power point and excel, Canva a plus
Strong communication skills with internal teams
Go getter attitude and willing to jump in to learn and support
Interest in beauty and home care consumer product and fragrance industry
