What we ask
- You hold a Master’s degree, preferably in a relevant field.
- You have a minimum of 8 years in B2C FMCG marketing, with a strong focus on conceptual marketing (innovation, brand development) and financial management.
- You possess exceptional analytical abilities to identify, prioritize, and present business opportunities based on consumer and market insights. You have a proven track record in organizational and project management, with experience in engaging senior stakeholders.
- You are proactive, responsible, and continuously driven to find opportunities for change. You thrive in a multi-disciplinary matrix organization and have strong collaboration skills. You are decisive, persuasive, and an effective communicator who can balance assertiveness with active listening.
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and Dutch. Proficiency in French is a plus.
- You are based in Belgium, with a willingness to travel frequently to the Netherlands (Amersfoort headquarters, Wageningen R&D center, customer and market visits, etc.).

This senior-level position requires expertise in both conceptualization and execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality innovation. As the Innovation Marketing Manager, you will lead innovation efforts and manage a key segment of Campina’s portfolio. You will serve as the expert representative within the Campina team for your area of responsibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Innovation Development: Identify and develop opportunities into winning propositions (insight, concept, product, and packaging portfolio) for implementation within the next 1-2 years.
- Analysis and Opportunity Identification: Conduct external analyses to identify consumer needs and behaviors, translating these insights into actionable opportunities for Campina. Perform in-depth market and financial analysis to identify business growth opportunities.
- Collaboration: Partner closely with Business Group Europe to create and manage a long-term innovation pipeline.
- Project Leadership: Take commercial leadership in delivering innovation projects, engaging with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure consumer-centricity from insight to market launch.
- Execution: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and full (OTIF) delivery of product launches, ensuring flawless execution across all marketing elements.
- Performance Monitoring: Track brand performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Provide insights on market trends and consumer behavior by analyzing data from sources such as Nielsen/GfK, through regular and ad hoc reports.
- Role Model: Inspire the broader organization with a consumer-centric, outside-in approach to innovation.
