MAIN FUNCTIONS
He/she will be primarily responsible for leading operational marketing activities related to animal environment solutions and yeast-derived product lines. The ideal candidate has significant marketing and communication skills as well as experience in a scientific industry or a scientific background.
He/she will have frequent interactions with product managers, technical deployers and the sales team. In addition, he/she will have to interact with global and local marketing teams to ensure consistency of actions and processes.
The tasks associated with this position mainly include marketing objectives :
- Implement the external communication strategy and carry out communication actions through the different channels: website, newsletter, promotional articles, social networks, press and specialized media, etc.
- Participate in defining marketing communication action plans while managing 360° communication campaigns.
- Support product managers and technical support teams in the content and development of promotional/technical presentations and sales tools.
- Participate in the organization of customer events.
- Ensure internal communication related to the portfolio: internal communication for new tools, organization of webinars, library of internal documents.
- Ensure a link with local Lallemand teams to adapt/use the right promotional actions.
- Manage and track marketing budgets.
- Contribute to market intelligence: market trends, competition file.
- Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing activities.
