We are looking for a Senior Project Manager Innovation, which is a critical role to drive our strategic growth. As the Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the execution of innovative projects from concept generation to completion and launch. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, be responsible to lead the development of sound project’s plans, drive their successful execution and progression according to timelines, milestones and deliverables, and within the assigned budget. The successful candidate has excellent communication and leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage innovative projects from conception to completion.
- Develop and implement sound and robust project plans, ensure their execution within timelines, assigned budgets and resource, and agreed standards of deliverables.
- Work together with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution on time and in full.
- Proactively identify and anticipate risks, come-up with mitigation plans and seek for support where appropriate.
- Actively intervene when and where needed to remove hurdles/roadblocks, securing projects’ completion according to the plans and the quality of the agreed deliverables.
- Manage project budgets and thrive for cost-effective use of resources.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation (achievements and plans forward) required for approvals in the stage/gate process.
- Actively contribute to the ideations to support a continuous fueling of the pipeline with meaningful innovation.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in technical discipline, ideally food science, biotechnology or equivalent.
- 4+ years of experience in project management, preferably in an innovation-focused role.
- Proven track record of managing successful projects from start to finish.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Pragmatic, hands-on and commitment to results.
- Must be able to bridge technical expertise with strategic market insight to critically assess and quantify the value generation potential of projects, their market attractiveness and alignment with our innovation priorities.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Effective problem-solving and analytical skills; can-do mindset.
- Excellent team player and experience working with diverse and cross-functional teams.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s title and position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, performance, and business or organizational needs. The base salary range for this role is $135,000 to $150,000.
