Seeking a motivated Account Manager with Walmart experience! We are looking for a new teammate to manage Walmart and Sam’s Club CPG sales in this customer facing role. If you’ve got a deep understanding of customer business models, strong relationship building skills and the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales plans, this is an opportunity to advance progress in unspoken & overlooked health needs, helping everyone live life to their full potential.
Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve annual revenue targets.
Drive distribution, shelving, pricing, and promotion strategy to optimize sales performance.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Own account P&Ls to scale growth while driving profitably improvements and effective budget management.
Build and execute cohesive Omnichannel plan to accelerate Digital penetration and over-indexed growth.
Partner closely within team and with external partners to drive collaboration and business outcomes.
Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in the CPG industry with strong background in Sales and/or Account Management required; experience with agency partners a plus
In-depth knowledge of customer account business models with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to influence various levels
Significant experience with Walmart and Sam’s Club along with excellent Omnichannel expertise to scale digital penetration and customer acquisition/retention
Experience with Luminate Data and previous experience within Health & Wellness categories preferred
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA a plus
