In this role you’ll make an impact by:
- Be responsible and the focal point for Recruitment activities in Latin America;
- Advise managers on the recruitment service regarding strategy/processes/service levels;
- Monitor recruitment processes for all levels within the organization;
- Share knowledge of best practices, relevant trends and emerging issues;
- Post and manage opportunities internally and externally, respecting pre-established models and deadlines;
- Continuously update actions on social networks such as LinkedIn, which involve activity related to the area of Recruitment;
- Be the focal point of contact with third-party companies providing recruitment services for the company (when necessary);
- Perform other related tasks, as requested by the manager;
- Develop activities with responsibility and professionalism, complying with all company policies, procedures and regulations, in accordance with Novonesis Culture Commitments.
Potentially relevant experience:
- Previous and relevant experience in recruitment for different levels of the organization;
- Pos graduation in Human Resources area will be considered a plus;
- Fluency in english;
- Spanish is desired;
- Previous experience in industries.
