Quorn Foods are currently recruiting for a Finance Process Improvement Lead to join our Finance function on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
What You'll Be Responsible For
Reporting to our Group Head of Financial Control, you will focus on identifying ways to improve finance processes through better use of existing systems, streamlining internal processes and identifying areas for system development which will ultimately enable more efficient workstreams.
Ideally coming from a similar background, you will present previous expertise in process mapping/improvement as well as delivering efficiencies within finance systems and across supply chains.
This will be an 12 month fixed term contract position with a hybrid working arrangement. Typically, you will be based on-site 2-3 days per week with flexibility to work remotely when required. The position can be based between either our commercial office in Leeds, or Stokesley site in Teesside.
What Experience You'll Need To Have
Presentable background in delivering finance process improvement projects
Relevant recognised accountancy qualification such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA with a numbers of years post-qualification experience
Excellent system skills with confidence to report from SAP and a high level of proficiency in Excel
Ability to communicate, influence and challenge senior level stakeholders
