The Role
CAULIPOWER is seeking a Consumer Affairs Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. This position will report to the Quality Manager and will be responsible for managing and enhancing the relationship between our brand and our consumers. This role helps us to foster brand loyalty by ensuring our consumers feel heard and that every consumer leaves their interaction with us, as a CAULI-fan!
Responsibilities
- Address inquiries, complaints, and feedback from consumers via email, live chat, and phone, providing assistance and resolution to issues.
- Escalate consumer feedback to the Quality Manager or respective department leads to resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Maintain records of consumer feedback and analyze the data to identify trends and share opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up to date on product-specific information in order to respond to inquiries and help consumers make informed decisions.
- Provide reports on trending topics or areas of concern upon request.
Who You Are

You have strong emotional intelligence and pride yourself on being able to talk to anyone. You are a brand promoter, excited to join a high-growth company and passionate about enhancing the overall customer experience!
- At least 2 years in a virtual/remote customer service role
- Experience working with an online help desk platform such as Re:amaze or Zendesk
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be accountable for service-level metrics
- CPG/food industry experience preferred
