We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR PMO to support the global transformation of HR processes from Centers of Excellence (COE) and Field HR to our HR Global Business Services (GBS) team. This role will be instrumental in ensuring seamless transitions, comprehensive process documentation, and effective change management to enhance our HR service delivery.
We offer a hybrid schedule and welcome candidates from Mexico City, Buenos Aires, Budapest & Kunshan.
Key Responsibilities:
Transition Support:
- Assist in the transition of HR processes and functions from COE and Field HR to the HR GBS team.
- Develop and maintain detailed transition plans, timelines, and milestones.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure alignment and smooth handover of responsibilities.
Process Documentation:
- Create, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation of HR processes.
- Ensure all process documentation is accurate, accessible, and adheres to organizational standards.
- Collaborate with process owners to identify and document best practices and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Change Management:
- Support the development and implementation of change management strategies to facilitate the transition.
- Conduct impact assessments and identify potential risks and mitigation strategies.
- Assist in the creation and execution of training and communication plans to ensure stakeholder engagement and adoption of new processes.
Project Management:
- Support multiple HR projects simultaneously, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Utilize project management tools and methodologies to track progress and report on project status.
- Identify and resolve project issues and escalate as necessary.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Act as a liaison between the HR team and other departments to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on transition progress and outcomes.
