As a Material Management Coordinator, the incumbent will be responsible for providing plant and product support for all operations of POLYOX™ manufacturing.
Material Management Coordinator responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Provide support for bulk production operations.
Qualify as the run plant engineer to provide back up support for existing run plant engineer.
Provide support to the finishing operation processes.
Provide support to plant accounting processes.
Provide SAP transactional support for bulk production and finishing operations.
Learn capital project work processes
Define and implement improvement projects.
Learn planning and the Supply and Operations (S&OP) work process.
Assist in projects associated with software upgrades (LIMS, SAP, etc.)
Conform to plant safety and environmental requirements, accepting responsibility for personal safety
Work in, and comply with, cGMP guidelines
Implement emergency procedures as necessary
Participate in safety hazard assessments prior to initiating work to insure elimination of hazards.
Ability to work in a team environment and communication with other employees using multiple methods of communication
