As an Order & Revenue Management Associate, you’ll execute Order Life Cycle functional activities in the areas of Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, Accounts Receivable and Vendor Managed Inventory. Associates directly drive Nestle Purina’s sales performance and results by monitoring and influencing customer ordering trends, optimizing customer inventory positions, eliminating, resolving, and reducing customer disputes and invoice payment issues.
You will identify business concerns and proactively collaborate with the Customer, Sales, Finance and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams providing root-cause analysis to resolve issues and drive efficiencies that support the organizational objectives. You’ll also participate in the Department’s progressive training program that develops relevant business expertise needed to advance to an Order & Revenue Management Analyst.
- Process new customer sales orders timely and accurately
- Actively monitor sales order progression and proactively escalate opportunities to the Customer, Sales and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams with solutions to achieve on time delivery and mitigate potential risks to Purina sales and revenues
- Resolve and eliminate customer disputes by providing analysis to Sales, Finance and Customer Facing Supply Chain Teams with recommendations to address and correct root causes that negatively impact the effectiveness of Purina's trade development investments
- Associates are responsible for closing disputes timely and accurately to appropriate trade accounts to ensure accurate and complete financial reporting
- Pursue the collection of overdue invoices through collaborative relationships with customers' accounts payables department.
- Monitor and investigate payment trends and provide early escalation of payment timeliness issues to Leadership
- Develop efficient reporting skills utilizing the Power BI Dashboards to perform the analysis needed to identify and improve customer performance results
- Associates will undergo a progressive training program, mastering key business areas like Customer Service, Dispute Resolution, Accounts Receivable, and potentially Vendor Managed Inventory. Demonstrating proficiency in these functions will equip you in your career journey as a specialist on the team

Requirements
OR
- 2 or more years’ experience in any of the following areas along with a Business-related Associates Degree: Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable, Dispute Resolution
OR
- 4 or more years’ experience in any of the following areas along with a High School Diploma/GED equivalent: Logistics, Transportation, Customer Service, Inventory Management, Accounts Receivable, Dispute Resolution
Other
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- 1 or more years’ experience with Excel (to include VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables), Office 365, Business Object or Power BI is preferred
