The People & Organization function in Novonesis is a global function with 6 different regions, that collectively support the organization of around 10,000+ employees. P&O are highly critical and play a pivotal role in the big integration work that we have ahead of us. We have a clear goal of aligning and deciding the future people processes and set-up in the new combined company.
The Global P&O organization is a newly established organization that was a product of a merger between Chr. Hansen and Novozymes. One of the biggest mergers on Danish ground.
The Head of P&O Core Delivery will be part of the Danish P&O Leadership team and be responsible for the Core Delivery area counting P&O Consultancy for Leaders & P&O Core Support (admin) for the region. The Core Delivery function is responsible for P&O disciplines like advising leaders and employees on day-to-day matters related to their employment and development – and evenly important ensuring benefit management, contracts, addendums etc.
To lead P&O Core Delivery, we are looking for an experienced HR professional, with a passion for HR operations and continuous improvements, a true leader who would like to make an impact by:
•Leading a team of HR colleagues to deliver high-quality HR services in line with globally aligned service standards
•Ensuring the team provides professional HR support and services aligned with global and regional guidelines while maintaining full compliance with local legislation and regulations
•Leading a team that supports and advices leaders and employees in day-to-day matters related to their employment and development
•Setting clear expectations and goals for team members, and provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and development opportunities
•Ensuring anchoring of the HR digitalization journey in the P&O offerings to the business
•Creating simplicity by ensuring that support systems and processes are easy to access and navigate as well as cost efficient
•Collaborating closely with regional and global HR teams to ensure alignment of HR strategies and initiatives
•Being an active part of the regional leadership team providing perspectives and insights on relevant matters
