Responsibilities / Tasks
- Ensuring customer satisfaction is met in line with business objectives, actively supporting sales engineers, and sales channels.
- Understanding the business processes, interfacing with core business functions,
- Controlling the order execution phase with regards to costs, margins planning and risks
- Using that all sales admin tools (SAP, CRM) in the best possible way
- Manage order management process in line with GEA and GEA TR rules and regulations.
- Coordination with R&C Sales
- Coordination with local supply chain
- Coordination with BU
- Coordination with GCC Finance
- Coordination with Legal
- Commercial order management (approvals, planning, tracking)
- Building deep expertise in Commercial Coordination
- Reporting
- Planning and Coordination of Periodic Reports (Required by GCC Finance)
- Receivable Follow-Up , action and follow-up
- Back-log Follow-Up, action and follow-up
Your Profile / Qualifications
- English (proficient), preferably local language (fluent)
- Deep understanding of business on a broad international scale with developed focus on customer needs and fulfilment of customer expectations
- Open-minded and solution oriented, strong problem solving skills
- Team player, good net-worker and negotiator
- Very good communication skills, strong sales person
- Strong customer orientation - Ability to engage with customers at different level
- MS Office user (SAP knowledge is preference)
- Relevant experience in similar functions is an advantage
- Deep practical know-how of state-of-the-art sales process, organization methods and tools (e.g. ordering, pricing, CRM)
- Demonstrating strong technical experience
- Having a resilient, can-do mind-set
- Being an outstanding communicator – written and verbal – able to work with individuals across levels, functions, brands, countries and cultures
