Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in the National Bitchin’ Sauce sales effort, supporting the Sales Manager and Sales Leads through day-to-day account maintenance, implementing customer service standards, managing promotional contracts, facilitating sample orders, and analyzing data to enhance sales initiatives. This position involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment and meet customer goals and deadlines, ultimately contributing to the achievement of company-wide sales objectives.
Duties and responsibilities:
The Employee is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager and Sales Leads in meeting sales expectations by assisting in the following:
Various day-to-day account maintenance tasks
Completing action plans
Implementation of customer service standards
Satisfying rapport with key buyers and new store accounts
The Employee will support as an administrative liaison to maintain company and customer goals/operations.
The Employee will facilitate sample and swag orders to ensure sales materials arrive to customers and other stakeholders in a timely manner.
Ensure all promotional contracts are accurately filled out and submitted on time, following deadlines and requirements to support sales initiatives.
Collaborate with sales leads to gather necessary information and documentation for promotional contracts, ensuring alignment and timely completion of all promotional activities.
Assessing various data sets to gain insights to improve planning for each of our customers.
The Employee will assist in monitoring performance of retailers and will assist and lead administrative duties including planning documents, forecasts, trade plans (and reconciliation), and other administrative tasks.
